Bruno Meat aims to develop a genetic engineering proprietary technology to unleash stem cells potential to differentiate themselves without any chemical substances, with the purpose of producing lab-grown meat. Bruno Meat will make the stem cells differentiate not just in muscle- but also in fat-cells, obtaining a mix that can be compared with the naturally fatty meat.
