Yue Teng

He holds an MSc in Business Studies from the University of Amsterdam (the Netherlands) and an MSc in International Economics from the University of Tübingen (Germany). He also earned a PhD in Development Economics jointly from the University of Trento and the University of Florence, focusing on the intersection between industrialization and international trade, with the aim of deepening the understanding of the mechanisms of structural change and its social impact. After his academic career, he gained commercial experience and developed a solid understanding of Industry 4.0 as a Product Manager for multiple categories of major domestic appliances at one of the world’s leading manufacturers in this sector. He led market research and coordinated Go-to-Market strategies for numerous new products in Italy and Central and Eastern Europe. Main activities:
