UX Challenge for students

Each team of solvers is assigned a digital product or service to work on. Students apply user research and UX design techniques, supported by industry experts and involving real users recruited through the Smart Crowds platform. User testing helps identify usability issues and better understand users’ needs and expectations. Based on these insights, teams propose improvements and develop interface mockups.

The UX Challenge gives you the opportunity to work on a real project alongside other students who share your passion for digital interaction. You can put your skills to the test, apply UX and service design methods and techniques, and learn from industry experts. Throughout the programme, you will also gain first-hand insight into local companies and organisations, helping you build connections with the professional world. You could also win a one-year professional membership to the online design school Interaction Design Foundation.

Applications are open to students and PhD candidates from the University of Trento and TAG – Trentino Alta Formazione Grafica who wish to participate as solvers. Graduates who completed their studies at either institution within the past 18 months are also eligible to apply.
