The team went through the first stage of the competition on the 12th and 13th of November 2020 by competing in the local hackathon about one of the numerous challenges proposed by DigiEduhack, an international initiative of the European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT).

For the Trentino hub, organized by the Department of Information Engineering and Computer Science, the Department of Psychology and Cognitive Sciences, Hub Innovazione Trentino and SpazioDati, the hackathon brought more than 40 students from 6 different departments of the University of Trento, divided into 8 teams.

The participants got involved into the co-design of the future of teaching by addressing the topic “Innovative learning beyond covid: collaborative tools in scientific labs and team experiences”.

DigiEduHack is an initiative of the European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT), led by EIT Climate-KIC and coordinated by the Aalto University as part of the European Commission’s Digital Education Action Plan.
