The project

INNOCHALLENGE will first collect a number of good practices of innovative open innovation initiatives already existing within partnering regions. Collected best practices will be then presented during three peer learning workshops that will be organized in the three project’s locations (Trento, Oulu, and Tallinn). Workshops will have the purpose of sharing know how and lessons learned on how to design and organize successful open innovation initiatives and programmes benefiting SMEs. Workshops will target few selected practitioners, such as innovation managers, tech transfer officers, and civil servants working in the innovation management and tech transfer business.

The project will deliver a quick guide to design and execute problem-driven open innovation initiative, including a template model plus suggestions for implementation.
